First of all I want to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing. I've had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out. I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints? Many thanks!|???}

I am brand new to operating a blog but I do write in my journal daily. I'd like to start a blog so I will be able to share my personal experience and thoughts online.
